Holy balls, is 2010 a busy summer! The day before Straight life was my first “Ani song” event (all anime songs, DJ’d for 6 hours complete with choreographed dance performance, VJs, and of course, the associated social lubricants!) CAOFF WEST 35@Club Vijon in North Horie. It was like a festival – a bit embarrassed to be the only person not in costume though!

ごめん、ゴールデンウィークが終わってからすぐバタバタになったのであまり更新する時間がなかった。でも先週、俺は必死にビラをくばったでぇ！２番目のコスは一般な女子高生だった。モヒカンはなくなったんで、またかつらをした。不自然すぎじゃない？でもそういえば、こんなブ太い足の女子高生の方が違和感やな。

Sorry, Golden week was so busy I haven’t been able to update in awhile. But here’s an insane recap of the flyering and cosplaying adventures I had. No more mohawk, just a cheap-ass wig from Shinsaibashi in Sennichimae. What’s more unnatural? The hair or my muscular man legs in a miniskirt?

Finally day 3: Miss santa. OK, I get it, I’m running out of costumes. You have only yourselves to blame. Still, I passed out more pamphlets that day than any other. All you other phoney ass apprentices can take those 800 flyers and stick ‘em up yer arse!

Oh yeah, one more piece of big news – I moved to the Horie shop with Wataru from Chop 2 a couple days ago. Come by and say hi! For those who don’t know – there’s a map on Chop’s site – the renewal is in progress now – when we’re done the shop is gonna be sick! Look out for more pics here!

…especially not when they take home the grand prize at the SaraPop Erotic Cosplay Event in Umeda within 5 minutes of entering the premises! Yiiiii! Take that you bastards! Of course without the help of a professional hollywood makeup artist, generous financial backing, and corporate sponsorship from Osaka’s most perverted CEOs, none of this might have ever happened. So as you can see from the picture, my costume was pretty much a sugary 5-year-old wedding cake on crack with plenty of cuban cigars for accessories. What, did it fool you, or did the full-body tattoo give it away? My competition for the night was Hideki Tojo.

I suppose I could insert some “artist statement” here about challenging entrenched gender roles, etc. but it’s just easier to admit that I’m a hentai of the highest order.

優勝！先週のSaraポップのコスプレイベントに参加して、優勝出来た〜！感動感動！この俺様、御目出度う！しかし、自分の力だけではない！全身刺青が入っているのにプロのメークをやっている人のおかげでなんとなく女の子っぽくみえたかも。Dawnチャン、優勝の半分はおまえのもんや！ドレスとアクセサリーはAngelic Prettyや。そういえば、このコスはちょっとすごくない？でっかいケーキみたい。また今度、このままで三角公園でチョップのパンフをくばろうか？みたら声をかけてね。変態カメラマンも来いよ！夜露死苦！
